I'm running The Brighton Marathon on Sunday 6th April 2025 on behalf of Westmeria Counselling Services. Mental Health is a subject that I'm passionate about and as Westmeria Counselling is a small local charity who help so many who are struggling with their mental health needs, it felt only right to raise some crucial funds for such a good cause!
