Simon's Brighton Marathon run for the South East Coast Ambulance Charity
Simon Weldon
My Story
I am proud to be running the Brighton Marathon in support of South East Coast Ambulance Charity. Our newly relaunched charity is here to do more and to make a greater impact for patients, families, and communities across the South East, and I want to help build momentum by getting behind it personally.
The charity is focused on providing extra support for our ambulance crews and teams, strengthening community resilience, and giving more people the skills and confidence to save lives through CPR awareness and public access defibrillators. It also wants to expand support for our Community First Responders, remarkable volunteers who attend emergencies in their local areas and deliver vital care before an ambulance arrives.
By supporting my fundraising, you’ll be helping our charity to grow, to reach further, and to deliver more. Together, we can ensure our staff, volunteers, and communities have the support and resources they need to make a real difference when it matters most.
