My Story

As a band, promoting discussions around mental health has always been important for us and has informed and shaped our music and lyrics.

With that being said it's time for us to lace up our running shoes and hit the streets of Brighton to raise some money for the mental health charity Mind. 

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.

Mind believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
