My Story
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.
We all need support at some point. I've seen it with clients. Friends. People who are absolutely smashing it on the outside, but struggling on the inside.
The problem? Most of us don't know where to turn when we need help. Or we're worried about what people will think.
That's where Mind comes in.
They're breaking down the stigma around mental health and making support actually accessible. Not just available - accessible. There's a massive difference.
I spend my days helping people get physically stronger. But strength isn't just about what you can lift. Mind helps people build the kind of strength that actually changes lives.
So I'm running 26.2 miles through Brighton to raise money for them. Mind believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
